How do WDI Inspections Work?
When you schedule a WDI Inspection through D’s Pest Control, we will send a professional pest control expert to inspect your property from top to bottom, inside and out. They’ll be on the lookout for any signs of termites and other wood-destroying insects. In addition to this they will also look for evidence of past activity and the risk of new infestation.
They will pay special attention to anything wood in the area, including any decks or porches. Parts of the property that cannot be accessed without causing damage, such as under carpets or inside walls, may or may not be included in the inspection. Once their job is done, they will have enough information to create the final WDI report.
Your WDI report will cover the presence and risk of termites, as well as other wood-destroying insects like carpenter ants and powderpost beetles.
