Since 1986, D’s Pest Control has been locally owned and operated in Lubbock, Texas, by R. Brian Duncan and his family. Our goal as a full-service pest control company has always been to provide quality service to our customers and this is reflected in the many reputable pest control organizations we have become a member of over the years. We currently employee 15 fully trained and certified technicians, seven of which have been with us for nearly 10 years and three have been working with us for more than 15 years.     Brian Duncan started working part-time for his father, Robert Duncan, while attending Texas Tech University. After graduating with a degree in finance in 1990, Brian was offered a position at D’s Pest Control as employee No. 2! He received his Associate Certified Entomologist degree from the Entomological Society of America in 2007. He is a member of the Wolfforth Lions Club and enjoys helping others, be they friends, co-workers and/or customers.

    Donna grew up in Houston, Texas, where she played volleyball and basketball. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Marketing. Donna is married to Brian and they have two wonderful children together. She started working part-time with Brian at D's Pest Control when her youngest son started kindergarten... He is now a senior in high school! Donna has her Certified Applicator license to better help her customers.

    Amy has worked for D’s Pest Control for 12 years. She said she has enjoyed the opportunity to service our customers here at D’s. She is over our Green & Pretty division and can take care of anything that you need regarding the business. Amy graduated from Monterey High School in 1998 and has experience in banking and the medical profession. She has been married for 15 years and has two children. Amy believes if you take the time to listen you will learn a lot.

    Shelby was given the opportunity to work for D’s Pest Control in 1997 and is still currently working there as a secretary and customer service representative after 17 years. Shelby says she's learned a lot working for the company and has seen D's Pest Control grow since she's started. Shelby says she hopes to learn a lot more and help her customers with their pest control needs in the years to come.

    A Certified Applicator with over 17 years' experience. Dave began working at D's in 1998. Dave graduated from Odessa High, played football at East Central State in Oklahoma and finished his science degree in Missouri. Dave has a long construction history in Colorado, Chicago and many other locations before working with D's Pest Control. Dave brings a lot of life experiences to this profession. Dave is a family oriented person with incredible working skills. Dave enjoys music and singing in the choir at Southcrest Baptist Church. Dave also enjoys working with people and solving their pest problems.

    Rafe was born in Denver, Colorado, into a military family where he moved around a lot as a youngster. Rafe moved to Lubbock in 1984 from Germany and attended Frenship High School. Rafe joined D's Pest Control in 2003 and has been a termite specialist for more than nine years.

    Charlie was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated from Monterey High School in 1992. He attended SPC and Texas Tech University. Charlie worked for Lusky's/Ryons for 15 years. He joined D's Pest Control in 2007 and has headed the Green & Pretty division since 2008. Charlie enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.
